Position Summary

The Plumber's Helper will assist plumbers with residential service, repair, maintenance, and installation projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites
• Prepare work areas and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Assist with pipe installation, fixture replacements, and basic plumbing tasks
• Help load and unload materials and equipment
• Support troubleshooting and repair efforts under supervision
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Deliver exceptional customer service while working in customers' homes

Qualifications

• Previous plumbing, construction, HVAC, maintenance, or related experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude
