Bailey's Heating & Air is seeking a dependable Blown Insulation Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll install blown-in insulation in residential homes to improve energy efficiency and comfort while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Install blown-in insulation in attics and other residential areas
• Operate insulation equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Follow company quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Insulation, construction, HVAC, roofing, or related experience preferred
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver's license preferred
